EXCHANGE POLICY 

• Exchanges are accepted in case of fitting issues.
• Please contact us within 4 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
• You can exchange the product for the same design in a different size (larger or smaller). If the desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for any other product of your choice.
• The product to be exchanged must be in unused, original condition with the tag intact and placed in its original plastic packaging.
•  As a small business, we currently do not offer a pickup facility. You will need to courier the product to our return address at your own expense.
• Ensure that the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Proper packaging is your responsibility. If the product is received in damaged condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the same product will be returned to you.

 

RETURN POLICY

• Returns and refunds are accepted if the product is damaged during transit.
• You may also return the product and request a refund if you receive a wrong or defective product.
• In all cases, a parcel opening video must be provided from the beginning to process the return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product.
• If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email or WhatsApp us with clear photos and the parcel opening video as proof.
