At Myss, we’re committed to delivering your favorite Kurti sets to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process: 

 

🚚 Shipping Locations 

 

We currently ship across India. Whether you're in a metro city or a remote town, we’ve got you covered. 
 (International shipping coming soon!) 

 

⏱️ Order Processing Time 

 

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. 

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. 


📦 Estimated Delivery Time 

 

  • Metro Cities:7-8 business days 

  • Other Locations:10 business days 

  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. 


💸 Shipping Charges 

 

  • Free shipping on all prepaid  

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge of ₹100. 


🔁 Order Tracking 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page. 


 

🚫 Delivery Delays 

 

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be occasional delays due to: 

  • Unforeseen weather conditions 

  • High order volume during festivals or sales 

  • Operational issues with courier partners 

We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated via email/SMS.
