EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted in case of fitting issues.
Please contact us within 4 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
You can exchange the product for the same design in a different size (larger or smaller). If the desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for any other product of your choice.
The product to be exchanged must be in unused, original condition with the tag intact and placed in its original plastic packaging.
As a small business, we currently do not offer a pickup facility. You will need to courier the product to our return address at your own expense.
Ensure that the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Proper packaging is your responsibility. If the product is received in damaged condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the same product will be returned to you.

RETURN POLICY
